• Gamification: Cultivating crops in users’ virtual plant pots on their phone with features like inviting friends and earning rewards, users can obtain water and fertilizer to grow their plants → grow their crops carefully, and have them delivered to their home!

SECOND IDEATION

A second-hand trading App: A second-hand trading app where ****user can set their location, browse items, and arrange meet-ups for seamless buying and selling through our in-app chat

→ Build trust with our authentication system, allowing users to increase their credit rating and badge system for gamification

• Target Audience: Young Adults / Middle-aged people / Users looking for quick transactions / Budget-Conscious Consumers

• Gamification: Users who collect badges, compete, and rank in the top 10 are eligible for simple rewards

THIRD IDEATION

A Weather Information App: an app to provide users with real-time or forecasted weather information for a specific location. Users can typically access details such as temperature, humidity, wind speed, and precipitation forecasts through these applications.

• Category: Lifestyle, Heath and Wellness & Community Engagement (by gamification)
• Target Audience: Travelers / Outdoor Enthusiasts.
• Case Research: AccuWeather / CARROT Weather / Strava
• Gamification: In addition to providing accurate and up-to-date weather information, the app introduces a unique gamification aspect to make the experience more interactive and enjoyable. The app features exciting weather challenges that encourage users to step outside and connect with their surroundings. For instance, on a clear day, the app may present a challenge prompting users to take a scenic walk and capture the beauty around them. Users can then share their experiences through photos on their private profile or contribute to the shared community within the app.

FOURTH IDEATION

Background ideation: During the semester break, I have been cooking with my mom for my family. I have realized that for those who cook for their families day by day, the difficulty is no longer how to cook but rather what to cook each day. I suppose that not only I, but most people, feel bored when repeating the same task every day, like cooking. That's why I want to create an app that makes cooking easier.
